Hybrid, local-first; ~90% local / 10% frontier. Gateway: LiteLLM (model gateway with complexity-based auto-routing). Inference: oMLX on Apple Silicon.

- Frontier, about 10% of requests: OpenAI and Anthropic models, chosen per task (cloud, via LiteLLM)
